We are seeking to hire a skilled Key Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our most important clients.

KAM responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives;
  • Research key customer wants and needs;
  • Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way;
  • Research and source new potential clients;
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics;
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training; 
  • Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs to be met; 

 

KAM requirements & skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field;
  • Basic computer skills, and experience the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills;
  • Previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience;
  • Previous work experience in Digital Marketing; 
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; 
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry; 
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories; 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person;
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts;
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account; 

 

Skills that will be considered as an advantage:

  • Preferrbale German, Spanish or French language skills;
  • Understanding selling point of electronics and worldwide electronics market will be considered as an advantage;
