We are highly experienced team of logistics professionals with 100+ years trucking experience, big ambitions and laser focused goals, to become the dominant premium dispatch service provider for the big & mid-sized trucking fleets in USA.

Currently we are receiving increased demand for our dispatch services, thus expanding our team with few more senior colleagues.

Job Position Requirements

We will keep it simple, being a dispatcher more than 1 years is our main requirement to apply for this position.

Added values:

• Great and fluent English is a plus, but having a slight accent is not a challenge;
• Having freight brokerage experience is a plus, but you will be fine without it as well;
• Being tech savvy (and have a geeky side) is a plus, and will earn you more money;
• Multitasking is a plus, and will as well earn you more money;
• Proactiveness is another plus, new ideas to improve the existing operations is always welcomed, but in case you are leaning more toward the introvert side, and you just want to keep dispatching your trucks, is also fine;

Full time / Office setup / 40 hours / Mon-Fri / 2 positions open /

Payment structure:

Fixed monthly salary, based on your dispatch capacities; plus, additional monthly bonuses, based on percentage of your gross revenue delivered each month.
