Job description
We are currently seeking a Back-End Developer, who will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and our users. Your focus will be developing all server-side logic, maintaining central databases, ensuring responsiveness to requests from the front-end and improving the user experience. What you will be doing:
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
Write clean code to develop functional web applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Performing UI tests to optimise performance.
Optimizing application for speed and scalability.
Implementing security and data protection.
Designing and implementing data storage solutions.
Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
Liaising with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features.
Follow emerging technologies.

Minimum qualifications:
2+ years experience as a back-end developer.
Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, WordPress and Laravel
Basic knowledge of NodeJS, Mongo Databases
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
Hands on experience with programming languages (e.g. PHP).
Working knowledge of CMS frameworks such as WordPress, Drupal, WooCommerce
Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript and CSS).
Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers and environments.
Experience with data migration, transformation and scripting.
Proficiency with GIT.
Starting Salary at $700, with bonuses deppending on skills set and performance.
