Marketing manager

Reporting to: CEO



Marketing managers are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Main tasks include but are not limited on product(s) research, consumer purchasing trends, and new market analysis in order to create value for company.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions,
  • Coordinates the preparation of annual budgets, monitors overall budget performance and variances for his department,
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans,
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share,
  • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction, including discounts, allowances and payment terms,        
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and sales managers,
  • Consult with sales personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand,
  • Based on the current position of the company, initiate and develop long-term strategies taking into account opportunities and challenges,
  • Develop and manage advertising programs, emphasizing and communicating values of products and services, both internal and external.



  • University Degree – in Marketing or Economy, Master’s degree (e.g. MBA) highly preferential,
  • Language skills:  Excellent English, any other language is an asset,
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field,
  • Minimum 3 years of people management / functional leadership responsibility,
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing data,
  • Self motivator, capable of leading and motivating people,
  • Good communicator, both oral and written,
  • Knowledge of market research practices and techniques,
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.
