Senior Managed Services Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Setup and configuration of infrastructure supporting web applications on Azure Cloud
- Support of production development teams for configurations and deployments
- Production infrastructure incident support including postmortems
- Support internal Microsoft tools (SharePoint, O365, Active Directory)
- Support and coach other members of the team
- Collaborate with geo-located internal teams and external clients
Requirements:
- Knowledge and at least 4 years’ experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud
- High proficiency in English
- Knowledge of networking, routing, VPNs (IPsec, OpenVPN, PPTP protocols)
- Virtualization experience including VMWare, VSphere or VCenter
- Skill in software installation and maintenance
- Good knowledge of IIS webservers
- Basic knowledge of database servers MSSQL
- Experience with backup client/server software and with cluster software
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Team City, Octopus & Azure DevOps
- Competent with mainstream office automation, project management and communication tools.
