Due to the expansion of their team in Skopje, HILL Skopje is looking for experienced and analytical person for the position of

 

 

                                                             QA Automation technical leader

 

Requirements:

• IT Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree or experience equivalent  

• Minimum 2 years of QA experience with web-based applications  
• High level of IT literacy  
• Proven previous experience in testing web and mobile applications 
• Ability to define test cases from functional requirements and review the reports 
• Expert in cross browser/environment testing  
• Experience of specific tools and processes used in web software testing  
• Knowledge of web standards and technologies including accessibility compliance  
• Behavior-driven development 
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Excellent attention to detail  
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills  
• Strong analytical skills and ability to “think outside of the box”  
• An aptitude for ongoing learning and ability to develop skill sets  
• Professional, positive and results oriented approach  
• Focused and enjoys working independently  
• Ability to work in a team 
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)  

Responsibilities:

• Playing a key role in software quality improvement for customer facing websites 
• Establishing complete automation testing processes 
• Identification of test scenarios for web site solutions produced by the team 
• Writing test plans and perform functional, standards and cross-browser compliance testing

• Identify and document all system errors
• Maintaining a repository of system test plans
• Ensuring all work meets customer expectations and departmental quality standards  
• Maintaining an active knowledge of software testing tools, standards and processes
• Taking ownership for and maintain user documentation 

• Communicating test results, as well as any errors or issues discovered during testing, to QA team and developers
• Identify, investigate, report and track bugs to closure
• Handle multiple projects with changing priorities and meet concurrent deadlines
• Taking part in the planning and implementation of the testing and quality strategy for new and existing projects
