We are excited to announce the opening of a new branch in Bitola, Macedonia, as part of our expanding global organisation. Our company, Nexttopex LLC, is seeking a full-time Onboarding Officer to join our dynamic and collaborative team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new payment solutions and banking partners. Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Documentation & Profile Updates: Regularly update client profiles and company information in the onboarding tool, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Technical Support teams to meet onboarding requirements. Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Process Development: Contribute to the development of the onboarding roadmap, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance the client experience.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining detailed documentation of the entire process.
- Support: Address client issues efficiently and provide support, escalating concerns when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the gaming industry, financial services, or banking.
- Experience in client onboarding, AML/KYC checks.
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
