Working as part of the US Support Team - as the Campaign Production Executive you will play a key role in creating email campaign content, ensuring you effectively address client needs and contribute to maintaining exceptional operational service.

This role supports the US clients and works 16:00 - 00:00 or 17:00 - 01:00 shifts.

Job responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to build email campaign content for our clients within our newly formed Campaign Production Delivery team as a new managed service to our clients within our Support function.

• Build email campaigns within Coniq’s CRM platform to a client brief
• Build campaign segmentation to ensure delivery to targeted audiences
• Cross quality assure colleague campaigns and deliver segmentation
• Manage client feedback ahead of delivery schedule and amend campaigns accordingly
• Proactively monitor the delivery of email campaigns via reporting and third-party providers and escalate issues where necessary
• Support the Client Success team in optimizing the email build and briefing processes and providing feedback to the clients
• Any other requests as directed by line management
