🧭 Role

Join Visium’s team and actively contribute to our expansion in Switzerland and internationally.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for expanding the company's customer base. You will use prospecting strategies to identify prospects and initiate the first outreach with potential customers. Your goal is to help book meetings and fill the pipelines for the sales team.

 

💡 What you will be responsible for

As a Business Development Representative, you will:

  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Determine the prospect's interest in our service
  • Schedule discovery meetings for account executives and prospects
  • Achieve a set number of scheduled meetings on a weekly level

Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will have the opportunity to gain more responsibilities.

 

🔧 What we are looking for

Required qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in business development
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Interest in disruptive technologies
  • Experience reaching or exceeding weekly quotas/goals
  • You are fully proficient in English

Desired qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SalesLoft, SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Understanding of CPG, Pharmaceutical, MedTech or the Chemical industry
