We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments, also with Product Development departments in order to keep track of our processes and transfer them into online marketing campaigns.

 

Main responsibilities:

• Planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s SMS (Social Media Strategy) in order to increase brand awareness, increase sales and improve marketing efforts;
• Follow the internal processes of the company and be involved in day-to-day progress;
• Managing the web page and keep it fresh and updated;
• Conduct e-mail marketing when needed;

 

Duties and tasks:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy;
• Set up and optimize company pages within social media platforms;
• Manage and oversee social media content;
• Measure the success of every social media campaign;
• Stay up to date with the latest social media practices & technologies;
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product development teams in order to follow the internal processes that need to be marketed on the social media (development of new products, releasing of new products, discounts, collaboration with influences…);
• Communicate with industry professionals and influences via social media in order to create strong network;
• Assist with crisis management, bad reviews and negative news communication;
• Create and execute e-mail marketing strategy;

 

Requirements & Qualifications;

• Proven working experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role;
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn;
• Good understanding of major marketing channels;
• Familiarity with web publishing and e-commerce;
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text) and presentation skills;
• Excellent multitasking skills;
• Team player and excellent at communication;
• Excellent knowledge of both written and verbal English;
• Graphic design, photography & videography skills will be considered as a plus;
