Quality Assurance & Pharmacovigilance Responsible Person

Currently, we are looking for Supply Chain Manager & Customer Service to join our highly motivated team and inspired team in Zentiva, N. Macedonia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: Keep track of logistics and update the company’s inventory Analyse operational performance and resolve issues Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards Analysing supply chain data and performance Maintaining inventory Evaluate and report on KPIs Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly Maintain supply chain inventory and records Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents) Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts) Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards Evaluates sales forecast data, which may include forecasts provided by representatives, districts, regions, and the organization as a whole Analyses data, makes recommendations and comments, and presents forecast Regularly reviews sales databases, adding or maintaining new data as available Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries Communicating with customers through various channels Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • QUALITY Adheres to the principles of GMP in the extent related to the performed activity. Is obliged to regularly train in this policy.
  • HSE -Adheres to the principles communicated within the ESMS Policy of Zentiva detailed in the internal rules
  • of the Company for the purpose of observing the rules of the Health & Safety at Work and the Environmental & Safety Management System.
  • PHARMACOVIGILANCE All employees are obliged to report any suspicion to adverse events of medicinal products, any adverse events concerning use of a medical device and any other safety information about medicinal products or medical devices in line with relevant internal regulations
  • COMPLIANCE The employee will comply with all internal policies and rules of the Company. The employee will make her/himself acquainted with the Code of Ethics (Zentiva “Code of Common Senses”) and will comply with the principles stated therein and in all related policies and other internal documents.

PROFILE

  • University degree - Faculty of Economics,
  • Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering,
  • Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Dentistry,
  • Faculty of Organizational Sciences
  • 5 years working experience
  • Fluency in English - written and spoken.
  • Knowledge and use of MS Office packages
