Requirements:

• Demonstrable Web design skills with a world-class portfolio
• 5+ years related work experience
• Proficient with industry-standard design (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch) and CMS tools (e.g. WordPress)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android, and iOS.

What exactly you’ll be doing:

• You’ll design, code, and maintain our websites. You have eyes for clean and artful design, possess superior design skills, and can translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional websites.
• Execute all Web design and development stages from concept to publishing
• Conceptualize website designs that bring simplicity to complex roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design and development guidelines, best practices and standards
