Role Overview

Technical Property Manager oversees the technical aspects of the office: manages, optimizes and monitors compliance with maintenance, safety and IT systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all technical building facility onsite maintenance requirements and ensure full compliance specific to local building regulations;
  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues with access control systems by working with vendors and internal departments to update and help troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed;
  • Responsible for managing and treating information obtained through video surveillance as confidential and limiting access to video recordings to security personnel or Employee experience managers needing to know;
  • Supervise the maintenance of fire detection, and fire protection, security system in communication with the supplier responsible for these systems;
  • Assisting and coordinating H&S procedures with the Group CRE Risk & Compliance team;
  • Coordinate with the CRE team to implement all systems in the office;
  • Responsible for the reservation program on the work desk and visitor registration;
  • Assist in contracts with local suppliers for NW Infrastructure, Access control, Surveillance, HVAC, Electrical, and water supply system;
  • Handle all relevant procurement;
  • Respond to emergency service calls.

Qualifications

Working Experience:

  •  3+ years of experience in the property management

Standard Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures;
  • A very good technical understanding of the technical systems of the office;
  • Well, understanding of various technical topics in building facilities, including Networks, Video Surveillance, HAVAC, and electricity;
  • Hands-on experience with office systems;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English Language.
