Product Owner

location: Skopje

BtoBet is looking for a Product Owner on a full-time basis to join our Skopje team which specializes in developing igaming and betting platform.
We are an industry-leading provider of online gaming solutions and partner with the most progressive gaming and betting operators worldwide.

Requirements:

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a similar role
• Degree with a strong technical or analytical component preferred
• Flexibility to work outside of your roles responsibilities if needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Good knowledge of sports betting
• Ability to undertake limited travel

 

Responsibilities:

• Converting business requirements into a well-defined product backlog;
• Breaking down the product backlog into an agreed roadmap consisting of sprint backlogs and a release plan
• Requirements gathering and definition in discussion with the Product team
• Manage user stories and create business requirements
• Providing the initial point of contact for development teams
• Produce functional specifications and assisting with production of training materials
• Act as product owner in scrum teams
• Work closely with the product team and development teams, managing change in an agile fashion
• Lead the analysis and requirements definition
• Participate in the solution definition and validate that the solution covers the requirements
• Compile functional requirements and document clearly the needs for our systems designs and continued development
• Provide options and recommendations on how to best meet the business needs
• Support our desire to build incrementally with fast, collaborative, integrated learning cycles
• Lead iteration system demos
• Create and maintain documentation, policies and procedures
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders

 

The salary package will be discussed during the interview process and is based upon experience.
