OPERATIONS MANAGER
You will be a significant part of a fast growing company specialized in fuel management that operates on the US market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer service & support on a daily level;
- Customer acquisition;
- Portfolio management;
- Daily use of the integrated fuel software;
- Detailed analysis by Customer;
- Managing and control of the ordering process from inception to final stage;
- Financial and liquidity management;
- Participating in the development of the business strategy;
- Development of operational plans reflected by the strategic company objectives;
- Monitoring of KPI’s and developing improvement plans;
- Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports that are presented to the Senior Management;
- Transportation market analysis with a main focus of fuel consumption and price;
- Business cycle monitoring and analysis.
What does the position require?
- University degree;
- Proven Customer service work experience of min. 3 years;
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong communication skills;
- Motivated, confident, self-initiative and dynamic personality.

- Work will be performed in one shift from 15:00-23:00, from Monday-Friday.
