Caffee di Artisan is a revolutionary, luxury California-Italian coffee brand looking for a professional to be appointed as Senior Plant Manager based in Dubai.

The candidate should be able to manage the entire plant operation from end to end, achieve plant operations operational objectives by contributing plant operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; meet plant operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare the annual budget; develop new/improve existing plant design; increase the production, assets capacity and maintain current quality standards.

The candidate must have a minimum experience of 10 years in running a beverage/food plant in a medium size company. Reporting must have been to the Owner of the company. The candidate should be the Sole person who coordinates entire plant activity with the Top Management of the company. He should be highly proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning and Excel with good communication skills and overall good percentage in his academic, responsible and result oriented, manage a team successfully and ensure flawless product quality, manufacturing and dispatch.
