Contact Center Specialist (Senior)

For the needs of our client, a renowned Austrian company and leader in the telecommunications market, Motivi Employment is seeking an experienced Contact Center Specialist to join an international Unified Communications team.

As a Contact Center Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise contact center solutions while ensuring high-quality customer experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and operate Cisco Webex Contact Center and Cisco Unified Contact Center solutions.
  • Support and troubleshoot contact center platforms and related technologies.
  • Configure and optimize IVR, routing, and customer interaction workflows.
  • Integrate contact center platforms with CRM and business applications.
  • Participate in incident resolution, maintenance, upgrades, and service improvements.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with international teams and customers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Cisco Webex Contact Center, Cisco Unified Contact Center, UCCX, or similar solutions.
  • Good understanding of contact center technologies and customer service platforms.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and related business applications.
  • Knowledge of scripting, automation, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Understanding of VoIP, IP networking, and Unified Communications technologies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
