JOB BRIEF

We are happy to announce that we are expanding our team of Psyentists! This time we are looking for a Lead Tech Sourcer.

You will be able to develop sourcing strategies, lead and mentor a team of Talent Sourcers, map out different markets for highly technical and specialized positions, and build strong talent funnels. We are happy to support your career journey! You'll have the opportunity to help and work closely with one of our clients (a fast-growing international tech scale-up) to expand their teams with top talents while advising internal team members on best practices regarding talent sourcing.

Our goal is for you to develop full ownership of the end-to-end sourcing strategies and embrace your leadership skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and guide TA team members towards achieving better sourcing results
• Research and utilize the latest sourcing techniques to identify and attract tech candidates
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of job roles and their functions
• Lead and provide mentorship to a small team of Talent Sourcers
• Foster data-driven approach by tracking daily and weekly recruitment metrics
• Source, attract, and screen international tech candidates to ensure the right match
• Recommend best practices and drive improvements that impact pipeline areas
• Lead market research initiatives 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 or 3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter
• Experience sourcing tech candidates internationally across different channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack overflow, x-Ray, etc.)
• Superb English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Critical-thinking skills
• BSc in business, psychology, STEM, e-commerce, or a relevant field
• Ability to juggle calendars and tasks  
• Self-starter, achievement-driven, and proactive
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced & start-up environment
• High level of integrity
