IT SYSTEM ENGINEER
[Ref. No. 2019-021]
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Administration, modification, testing and maintenance of current software applications;
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting software issues;
- Providing software technical support for Call Center Operations;
- Analysis of customer needs and production of reports for call center business purposes;
- Creation of technical specification documents as per call center business requirements.
Desired skills & experience:
- Any kind of experience in SW development with one of the following languages: VB.Net, C#.Net, Java & C# object oriented programming;
- Experience with SQL database management;
- Basic knowledge of telecommunication such as PBX (VoIP) Administration and CTI technologies;
- Basic knowledge on network distribution technology;
- Familiar with Windows OS and Linux OS environments;
- Familiar with Web Services operations.
Other requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or related subject;
- Fluency in English and strong PC literacy;
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
