🧭 Role

Join Visium’s team and actively contribute to our expansion in Switzerland and internationally.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for research and analysis of the company’s customer base. You will use prospecting strategies to identify prospects and help the Business Development team make informed decisions.

💡 What you will be responsible for

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Use prospecting strategies to manage and organize information
• Migrate data through selecting, preparing, extracting, transforming and transferring of information
• Verify data to check for accuracy and inconsistencies
• Achieve a set number of structured data on a weekly level

Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will have the opportunity to gain more responsibilities.

🔧 What we are looking for

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in market research
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
• Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
• Interest in disruptive technologies
• Experience reaching or exceeding weekly quotas/goals
• You are fully proficient in English

Desired qualifications:

• Familiarity with SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
• Understanding of CPG, Pharmaceutical, MedTech or the Chemical industry
