For our branch in Zhelino, we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:

PROJECT R&D DESIGNER

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new projects
• Define and secure all needed materials, tooling and equipment for new projects
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production and Quality for producing initial samples and SOP of new projects
• Review of order specific installation requirements such as:
  • Layouts,
  • Test and verification
  • Adaptive design of a new parts
• Comply with the Legal and Quality standards (defined functional dimensions, inspection planning, QS support)
• Risk Assessment (Design – FMEA)
• Creating project presentation to assist in the project bidding phase
• Monitor and prepare  2D and 3-D documentation such as:
  • Assembly drawings
  • Drawings for welded assembly parts
  • Other
• Checking BOMs’ and the conformity between designs and BOM in SAP
• Assisting in devices construction
• Supporting in construction of prototypes
• Provide prompt and effective follow-up of tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, meetings and expenses,
• Maintain cooperative relations with all internal departments and fellow employees.

Requirements and qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical engineering
• Min. 3 year of experience on similar position
• Good knowledge of MS-Office especially Excel
• Proficient SAP User
• Proven track record for developing, installation, drawing preparation, & coordination
• Prior experience in project initialization
• Well spoken and written English language
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with & positively influence all levels of the organization.
