CRM ACCOUNT MANAGER

Vita Media Group is an online marketing company with its profession within iGaming and Affiliate marketing. The company has with its departments in Hellerup and Skopje accumulated significant growth YoY since 2016 that have now brought the company in a position where more than 150 partners are receiving its global services.

 

With a portfolio of several products, the most central is EkstraPoint.com, that is an established brand and loyalty platform with the premise of facilitating social casino and real money gambling. The page currently has more than 100.000 users across more than 30 countries where users on a daily level take part in free competitions and casino welcome offers. From these efforts, the users receive EkstraPoints that can be used as a currency and thereby exchange them into online and physical products in the webshop. With its recent license obtained in New Jersey, USA, EkstraPoint is now ready for the next big step into the dream of being the preferred loyalty platform for gamblers.

 

Role:

  • Managing retention activities on EkstraPoint
  • Managing social media profiles (posting new articles, communicate with players and similar)
  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Monitor our CRM systems and administer all tasks that involve the customer side.
  • English proficiency is a must as most of our communication is in English
  • Ability to work in all Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

 

Candidate

  • You love online marketing and you are a communicative person and a team player.
  • You know social media very well and how to communicate with users
  • You are proficient with working in different CRM systems and can get introduced to new systems easily (training will be provided)
  • You love chatting with customers and solving any issues they encounter.
  • Experience with Send in Blue and different chat support systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Facebook Creator studio is a plus
