SOX and ICS expert
Core responsibilities:
- Support SOX activities – from planning / risk assessment to remediation
- Work with the business users, internal and external auditors to satisfy SOX requirements
- Lead a project to perform a deep dive into a number of the company processes,
- Identify control gaps and weaknesses in design and implementation
- Documenting any new business processes, updating existing controls, initiating the program’s self-assessment tasks, evaluating the assessment results and assisting process owners in resolving any identified control issues.
- Support coordination with group sox competence centre
- Support coordination with process owners
Job requirements:
- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley
- Knowledge of accounting/financial reporting concepts
- Experience in audits is advantage
- Knowledge of project management is advantage
- Proactivity and willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Independence and high level of personal responsibility
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communications and presentations skills
- Excellent oral and written English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of CRM and SAP is advantage
- Ready to travel
