Level Up Solutions is looking to hire 2 Facebook Ads Specialists. Preferably we are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience, but the newcomers are also welcomed! Your attitude and desire matter more than some specific marketing experience.

Please note that if you do not have experience we can do a training period as well. We are planning to start on March 1st.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating leads and sales using Facebook Ads
- Identify and create target audiences, including advanced pixel-based audiences for retargeting
- Identify opportunities for and manage A/B testing, including audiences, copywriting, placements, and creative assets
- Manage and optimize ad budgets
- Monitor and analyze campaigns and make regular proactive changes to improve campaign performance and budget pacing
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators
- Testing variations of ads to determine best performing
- Manage the strategy and setup of campaigns.
- Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree/student in an applicable field of study such as Marketing, e-Business, Economics.
- Participant of any digital marketing academy is a plus.
- Familiar with Facebook Ads platform
- Positive, confident, energetic “can-do” attitude
- Detailed-oriented and organized
- Enjoys learning new things
