For our client, we are looking for:




  • Implement human resources operations of company  in accordance with the company’s HR policy.
  • Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Assist his/her manager in addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations or discipline issues that arise.
  • Process all personnel action forms and ensure proper approval
  • For blue collar open position, coordinate job posts, review resumes, and perform reference checks.
  • Organize and conduct orientation and training of new recruits.
  • Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations concerning recruitment, employee benefits, and working conditions.
  • Interpret and provide employees information on organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.
  • Verify annual leave records. Administer maternity and paternity leave cases.
  • Responsible for resource planning for maternity re-joiners.
  • Complete payroll accurately and to deadline.
  • Coordinate third party audits concerning Labor Law and Regulations.
  • Administer official travel arrangements of staff members, including reservation of air travel, hotel accommodation and appropriate daily subsistence allowances.



  • University education - Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Psychology
  • Previous work experience of at least 3 years
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Turkish and English Language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Ability to communicate with employees at different levels and deal with complex situations
  • Ability to work in a team, form and lead a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a short time
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Ability and desire for further professional development of their knowledge and experience
