Key Responsibilities

• Professional experience in Search Engine Advertising (SEA); Make sure that all campaigns are set up the same way, that we follow best practices, that our approach fits the respective goals, and that we deliver first-class results.
   
• Experience with Google AdWords, PPC, and Google Analytics.
   
• Good understanding of how PPC fits into the broader area of digital marketing
   
• Work on SEO when there are no active SEA campaigns
   
• Collaborate with the SEO team and analyze keywords to place Google AdWords.
   
• Keep an eye on the budgets and manage them in such a way that they generate the best results for your customers.
   
• Social Media Marketing - create and optimize social media profiles, promote content on social media, build communities
   
• Know how to set up Social media Ads (Facebook, Pinterest, etc)
   
• Create monthly reports and present the statistics from Social media Ads
   
• Speak confidently and freely about performance media and its use.
   
• Make recommendations to the Manager for improvements to processes and procedures, ensuring continuous development of the Social Media and SEA offering

We are a new and dynamic company with a straightforward vision. We believe the best results can be achieved working in a fun working environment with realistic goals.

With this in mind, the company was founded in 2018 in the Netherlands. After a slow start, the first impressive results came at the end of 2021. From that point onwards, the business grew exponentially with the opening of a new establishment in Macedonia. We began to gather people in the new establishment in January 2022. Continuing from there, the group quickly expanded to 5 members, and we decided upon the name 'PLYR Media'. After a fast start, we found 8 solid, dedicated team members who are still the group today.
