Position overview:

An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing regional market leader company in the System Integration line of business.

The technical pre-sales position, related to various data center solutions, aims to discover the infrastructure challenges of our customers and make suggestions on improvements, expansions, data migrations, consolidations, and security improvement projects.

The System Integration department is the technical know-how center and home of technical competencies for building modern private as well as hybrid cloud solutions, supporting our customers in their growth and digital transformation journey.

This role is suitable for mid and senior-level candidates.

 

What You’ll Do

 

• As a technical pre-sales engineer in data center technologies, you are best placed in designing, sizing, configuring, and quoting system infrastructure, networking, security, and related data center technologies for private as well as government customers in the region.
• Activities include planning, design, sizing, development, and quoting complex on-prem, private, or hybrid data center solutions and helping our customers migrate and transform their business.
• Work closely with all team members to interpret and evolve requirements into product features and respond to RFPs and RFIs
• Develop strong technical relationships within the target accounts and account teams; serve as a trusted advisor to the account teams & customers
• Communicate with various vendors (such as Cisco, Fortinet, IBM, Dell Technologies, HPE) and their solution architects and technical pre-sales teams in preparing optimal designs and customer proposals
• Serve as regional subject matter expert within the Infosoft Systems group on data center solutions, covering primarily the markets of Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo
• Plan, organize and prioritize personal as well as team workload

What You’ll Need to be Successful

 

• Provide leadership, inspiration, and guidance to a growing team; foster a culture of transparency and collaboration
• Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Preferred degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or Information Technology
• You should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively share your knowledge
• Be able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members and deliver complex projects on time
• Proven experience in solutions design (pre-sales) of on-prem data center platforms and architectures
• In-depth knowledge of networking and associated technology, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, File Transfer Protocols, Telnet and Secure Shell, Load balancer, Domain Name System, and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, among others.
• Understanding of Enterprise Data Storage technologies and/or Backup systems
• Understanding of SAN-attached (FC, FCoE, RoCE), Windows, Lınux or UNIX platforms

• 4+ years of experience in the above areas

• Good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
