Group Compliance specialist

As Group Compliance specialist at Eleving Consumer Finance North Macedonian subsidiary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and provide strategic compliance counsel to support the organization's objectives for its 7 subsidiaries. Reporting to the Group Head of Compliance of Eleving Consumer Finance, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of compliance functions essential to the company's operations in all 7 subsidiaries.

Scope of Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the process of implementation of Policies and Procedures on Group level, related to achieving compliance with the local legislations and Group standards
2. Reviewing the Monthly reports and reporting to Group Head of Compliance
3. Managing the process of quantitative and qualitative analysis of customers and regulatory complaints in the countries, in accordance with the applicable regulations
4. Follow up of findings from internal and external auditors
5. Overview of the implementation of Compliance Charter, Anti Bribery Process, Anti-Fraud, Code of Ethics, Whistleblowing
6. Monitor day-to-day compliance activities and report any discrepancies or violations in countries
7. Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and prepare regular reports
8. Follow up of compliance monitoring process by country (Analyses of legislation vs practical implementation/level of compliance)
9. Ensure that documentation is complete, accurate, and easily accessible for audits and inspections

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in law.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant compliance experience.
3. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
5. High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
