As our first Operations Coordinator, you’ll be on the ground floor of a team we foresee growing rapidly over the next year. You’ll work directly with our Senior Sales Representatives to support and develop our core accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Managed customer operations for a Senior Sales Representative; tracking, paperwork collection, and appointment scheduling.
- Learn best practices for Customer Operations, including prompt communication, issue resolution, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective customer operations strategy.
Requirements:
- Freight brokerage experience, preferably working directly with customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task to ensure multiple customers are being serviced daily.
- Highly proficient in English, both verbal and written.
Salary: $800 net monthly.
In office five days a week.
Working hours are based on the United State’s Central Time Zone.
Holidays are based on the United States calendar.
