Business Data Analyst

 

The position will be part of South East Europe Business Development function, and will be based at Titan Usje Plant in Skopje.

Main responsibilities:

• Data analysis for all regional project management tasks; data pre-processing and data auditing
• Liaise with other Business Units in the region for collection and analysis of data
• Support projects related to business development opportunities in the region
• Provide visual aids support to the BDM and operational support for large projects
• Support activities on processes development and improvement across all areas of operation
• Provide operational support for the Sales and Operation Planning of the region

 

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering/Sciences (Mathematics, Statistics or Physics)
• MBA degree will be considered as a plus
• Up to five years of experience in data analysis will be considered as a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Mastery of MS Office, MS Project and database software packages (statistical packages knowledge will be considered an asset). 
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytics Software (Tableau knowledge will be an asset)
• Very good understanding of Financial terminology
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Macedonian and preferably Albanian (knowledge of Greek, Serbian and Bulgarian will be considered an asset)
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
• Ability to understand the business, interact and brainstorm, intervene in processes & procedures
• Team player, excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel
