Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication is a must
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills                                                                                    
• Ability to manage large number of calls in a timely manner                                    
• Ability to Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
• Experience in cold-calling is a must
• Project management skills
