LIDL, the international German chain of grocery stores is expanding in Macedonia. LIDL operates around 11,200 stores worldwide and are active in 32 countries, employing more than 310,000 people globally. On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Sourcing:

  • Participation in position briefings, as well as target groups clustering;
  • Participation in appropriate recruitment channels selection;
  • Preparation and publication of job advertisements and sample job advertisements;
  • Participation in the selection and assignment of recruitment agencies;
  • Active search and correspondence with potential candidates and keeping candidate databases;
  • Proposing new sourcing channels and participation in different programs, ex. Internship, students etc.

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Processing of incoming applications with or without the help of applicant management systems;
  • Organization and participation in staff selection (e.g. participation in interviews and other forms of selection);
  • Assistance in defining unambiguous mandatory and desirable criteria for positions in the company in order to support the pre-selection of candidates;
  • Assistance to managers in the evaluation of application documents and in job interviews;
  • Development, implementation and control of new recruitment tools, tests, etc;
  • Assistance in the onboarding of the new joiners.

Employer Branding & HR Marketing Activities:

  • Support in the implementation of personnel marketing tools (e.g. design of selection brochures, preparation of vacancy advertisements, attendance of career forums and on the Internet) to build a sustainable image of the employer;
  • Operational support in marketing development and expansion to target groups in higher education institutions;
  • Organization and participation in human resourcing events (career forums);
  • Assistance in projects in the HR Department (ex. studies, data preparation).

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree mandatory;
  • Solid English language knowledge, German is considered an advantage;
  • Advanced level of knowledge of the MS Office Tools (Word & Excel) is considered an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Time management.
