Job Purpose
The Coordinator ensures smooth execution of training programs by managing client communication, training logistics, and business development support.
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support or account management

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Business English (written & spoken)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
     

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and suggest training solutions

  • Register deals and prepare training proposals

  • Confirm delegate attendance and share session details

  • Manage invoices and follow up on payments

  • Distribute certificates and finalize session reports

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong client relationship skills.
