Company
The In Opera Group specialises in natural stone, marble, granite, porcelain and man-made derivatives, such as agglomerates and terrazzo, manufactured by a group of factories in Italy, Portugal and The Balkans. We offer design, specification and aftercare services with Installation undertaken through a network of specialised contractors. Our primary customers are design professionals engaged on commercial and public space construction projects, centred on the large A&D community in London with the projects being located both in the UK and across Europe. Background
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, who is both numerate and articulate, with excellent communications skills both written and spoken. The position will suit someone with some technical experience, who has the desire of developing a career in the field of internal sales and marketing in the future following success in this role.

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our dedicated team in Skopje as Customer Service
Associate to work closely with both local colleagues and our UK team. The role is a key element of our sales approach responsible for validating, accepting, processing, and driving efficient fulfilment of orders across all our supplier factories in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
●    Organising international deliveries to ensure the company honours the contract for supply that we have agreed to undertake with our clients (customer orders) .
●    Utilise order processing system as per instruction issued by the company and update from time to time as necessary.
●    Enter order immediately in their entirety into the order processing ERP and make sure all goods are safely dispatched and delivered in a timely and professional manor.
●    Update sales spreadsheet to enable a manual crosscheck.
●    Ensure all ERP/CRM procedures are adhered to and check that the data reflects what should have been input (like but not limited to: match paperwork such purchase orders with bills; Raise paperwork like sales orders and invoices)
●    Ensure all sample and material orders are input correctly and that clients are not waiting for information.
●    Coordinate logistics for deliveries of products that are produced outside of MK and delivered into the UK

Required Skills & Attributes:
●    Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
●    Skilled at time management.
●    Excellent Interpersonal skills, with confidence in face to face and remote communications.
●    Proficient in English both written and spoken.
●    Task and completion driven, with a naturally organised mindset
●    Numerate
●    Experience in actively using CRM/ERP systems within
●    Spreadsheet and Word Processing competency
●    Commitment to learning and personal development
●    A committed team player, willing to be flexible to achieve team success
●    A working knowledge of Italian would be an advantage

Education:
●    Minimum High School Diploma
●    Ideally further education success in a business-related subject
●    Evidence of formal self-development
