Job Title: CRM Marketing Executive

Job Summary:  

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting a wide range of customer segments. Working as part of a dynamic team of six, you will play a major role in coordinating and setting up tailored campaigns to enhance player engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CRM tools, campaign management, and be skilled in collaborating within a team to drive results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination and Execution:  

  • Set up, coordinate, and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal campaigns targeting various customer segments, using CRM tools and platforms.  
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, with attention to detail, and tailored to specific player segments to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.  
  • Collaborate with the broader CRM team to ensure delivery is aligned with overall strategy and brand goals.

Multi-Platform Management:  

  • Work across multiple CRM platforms to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across different channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-game messaging, etc.).   

Customer Segmentation and Targeting:  

  • Utilize CRM tools, spreadsheets and data insights to segment players and create personalized campaigns for specific customer groups.   
  • Contribute to the development of segmentation strategies for new and existing player bases.

Data Analysis and Reporting:  

  • Monitor and track the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights on key performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and retention.  
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and recommend adjustments for future campaigns.  

Collaboration and Communication:  

  • Work closely with other departments, including design, content, and customer support, to ensure all aspects of campaigns are executed effectively.  
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose new campaign ideas, strategies, and enhancements.  
  • Maintain clear communication channels within the CRM team of six, ensuring alignment and cooperation on all campaign activities.

Qualifications:  

  • Previous experience in a CRM, marketing, or campaign execution role, ideally within the online gaming industry.  
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and platforms, with experience in campaign setup, coordination, and execution.  
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and deliver on time.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.  
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights on campaign performance is a plus.
