Core responsibilities:

 

Answering to all customer’s request by providing technical support via phone for business and residential customers.

 

Job requirements:

 

  • High school or University degree
  • Knowledge/understanding of Windows operating systems, knowledge of Linux is an advantage
  • Technical knowledge for internet, TV, telephony and mobile devices
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette, patient and diligent
  • Knowledge/understanding of IT equipment / Diverse PC knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Team work
  • Analytical skills
  • Multitasking and proactivity
  • Personality: preciseness & accuracy, confidentiality, flexibility, communication skills, analytical skills
  • In peak times prepared to work longer hours / stress-resistant.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively solve an issue. 
  • Ability to operate under challenging situations and short deadlines
  • Proficient troubleshooter
