The job

As our next QA Automation Engineer, you are responsible for carrying out automated tests for feature-rich web applications. You will be working closely together with the design & dev teams and product owners in a large project and keep a close eye on time and priorities of tasks in a changing context. This position is good for you if you are: actively creating automated tests that are currently done manually, drawing attention to issues, ask critical questions about the current state of our web applications and proactively propose suggestions on how to improve them. Provide structured and detailed testing results and communicate them to the team.

 

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in the quality assurance of web and mobile applications or educational background in related fields.

- Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.

- You are passionate about test automation and testing in general.

- You are able to communicate bugs in a clear and understandable way to your team (designers, developers, project management, clients).

- Some experience in Cypress and/or Selenium.

- Enthusiasm for UX (usability, accessibility).

- Software Development experience is a plus.

- Nice to have: background as frontend developer (JS/TS); Knowledge of Jira and GitHub.

- Motivation and passion for learning new things and sharping your skills.
