Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
QUALITY ENGINEER (WIRE HARNESSES)
Key Responsibilities
- Тhe quality engineer controls the qualitative requirements of the products and processes across the entire production area
- Development and ongoing optimization of the products and processes
- Responsible for claim management via QPF system
- Coordination and implementation of the quality planning
- Coordination of release process on product sample
- Implementation of audits and process approvals (PSO)
- Product-specific customer support
- Carrying out scrap and root cause analyzes of failed parts
- Implementation of process capability analyzes
- Participation in the CIP (VA / VE, PPV, Six Sigma, ...)
- Checking work instructions
- Participation in project teams and audits
Key Qualifications / Requirements
- Technical education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry
- Knowledge of project management
- Good knowledge of process management
- Knowledge of automotive core tools (8D, IATF, VDA6.3, PPAP, APQP, etc.)
- Good problem solving and moderation skills
- MS Office programs
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of the automotive regulations IATF 16949
- Analytical and comprehensive thinking and acting skills
- Readiness for traveling
- Valid driver license
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamplayer
