Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cold Call Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in the restaurant and hotel industries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential clients in the restaurant and hotel sectors.
- Present and promote our leather goods, including menus, covers, uniforms, and other custom products.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, following up on leads and nurturing relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to demonstrate how our products can enhance their business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling and sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of the restaurant and hotel industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of leather goods and their applications in hospitality is a plus.
