NOVA FACILITIES MK is in search of an individual to fill the position of

Office Administrator / Scheduling Coordinator 
The required qualifications include excellent communication skills, the ability to work under multiple deadlines, attention to detail, a good sense of initiative, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Powerpoint. Fluency in spoken English will be an added advantage.

Main responsibilities but not limited:
· Receive incoming calls from customers and respond to their enquiry or instruction in a prompt and efficient manner
· Good communication with customers via emails within the necessary response time
· Logging job tickets, scheduling engineers visit, and processing their orders requirements
· Closing down completed work orders and invoicing the client in a timely manner
· Monitoring the customer service email for emailed instructions from customers, to enable priority reactive call-outs to be responded to and booked-in promptly
· Liaise with the customer to arrange dates and times for engineers visit
· Maintaining good communication with customers of progress on outstanding work and providing reports
· Contact Customers for feedback and collation on the company websites
· Able to prioritise a very busy workload
· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
· Good powerpoint presentation skills
