System Administrator and Support Specialist

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator and Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities

• • Monitoring and Intervention in Production Incidents
• • Deployment, management and maintenance of computers, servers and other network devices
•  • Active participation in technical meetings to improve our solutions
• • Evaluation of technical requirements, and delivery of ad hoc solutions
• • Maintenance of infrastructure documentation
• • Systems technical support for internal and external customers

 

Profile

• • IT Bachelor’s Degree or experience equivalent.
• • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• • Applicants must be willing to work in Skopje.
• • Basic IT operations and engineering background.
• • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• • Ability to Multi-Task and be resourceful.
• • Strong communication and organization skills.
• • Ability to communicate to all level of the business.
•  • High proficiency in English.

 

Beneficial Skills

• • Experience in Azure, AWS or GCP
• • Working experience with Docker and Kubernetes
•  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• • Infrastructure as a code experience (Terraform)
•  • Elastic Stack
