Human Resources Assistant

Type of position: Full-time, "Work from Office"

Responsibilities

  • Personnel files administration: from Hire to Retire
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives;
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
  • Schedule meetings and appointments;
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment;
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs;
  • Organize office operations and procedures;
  • Address employees' queries regarding office management issues;
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, birthdays and celebrations;
  • Assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Management;
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Assistant;
  • Good knowledge of labor law;
  • Excel knowledge is required;
  • English language knowledge is required;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
