
Type of position: Full-time, "Work from Office"
Responsibilities
- Personnel files administration: from Hire to Retire
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives;
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
- Schedule meetings and appointments;
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment;
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs;
- Organize office operations and procedures;
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues;
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, birthdays and celebrations;
- Assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Management;
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Assistant;
- Good knowledge of labor law;
- Excel knowledge is required;
- English language knowledge is required;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
