What will your role involve?

Your role will be key to the success of our lead generation campaigns with your day-to-day responsibilities surrounding supporting our Account Managers in finding ways to improve their campaigns' efficiency. This will include; helping to gather data on potential prospects to create campaigns on other channels, analysing the performance of campaigns to create a data-driven strategy to improve the success of our lead generation and supporting the wider team with general campaign optimization.

  • Supporting LinkedIn Data Management

  • Supporting Account Managers to help with difficult campaigns

  • Analysing the data needed and performance of campaigns

  • Helping to optimize LinkedIn lead generation campaigns 

  • Gathering and cleaning data for campaigns

  • Working with Account Managers to ensure they have clean, actionable data to ensure successful client campaigns

  • Helping to resolve any data-related issues for Linkedin specific campaigns

Who are you?

This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their career in marketing and data, and looking to start a role that can give you long-term career progression and consistent skill development! For us, the perfect candidate will have a love for learning and self-development. and hopefully some of the below…..

  • An undergraduate degree or one year of experience in a Marketing or client setting
  • Any experience in a data-based or research-based role would be a huge plus!
  • Confident writing in English, preferably B2 in English or above
  • High proficiency with Excel
  • Strong communication; both with your team and your clients
  • Confidence in organising your time and day
  • Team player and comfortable collaborating
  • Keen eye for detail and highly organised
  • A fast-paced environment doesn’t scare you away
  • Positive attitude and outlook

SALARY: €753  PER MONTH
