Head of Talent (remote)

Description

Adeva's vision is to enable work without boundaries for tech professionals across the world and we are looking for a Head of Talent to join us on that journey. You will level up the game for the entire talent division, work on cross-functional initiatives across the company to help build strategic direction, create, optimize and automate processes, KPIs, and team structures necessary to drive Adeva's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire process, including hiring strategy, sourcing, screening, assessments, and onboarding.

  • Build and execute strategies to effectively acquire talent to meet the speed and quality expectations of our clients.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives to increase brand awareness and send the right message to the right people. 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Director of Talent or similar role.
  • Exceptional knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment strategies.
  • Proven ability to implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support shifting business priorities.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • High integrity with the flexibility to meet the demands of changing business priorities.
