Our client partner is searching for Electrical Service Engineer(s), who speaks either German, French and/or Italian.
Salary: 65,000MKD + net (based on experience and abilities)

With a large footprint in the USA, our client partner is expanding into the EU market. They have extensive knowledge on EV chargers and offer engineering level technical support for the on-field technicians. Your Opportunity
Our client partner is searching for an Electrical Service Engineer to join a growing and distributed team across US, Europe, and Philippines.
In the first two months of employment, the successful candidate(s) will be sent to the USA with flights, accommodation and spending money included for training and development.
You will oversee and give technical support to field technicians remotely, specifically:
Real-time & remote technical support for the EV chargers
- Root cause finding of an issue
- Support the field service technician to solve issues quickly
- Provide Commissioning scope of work
Case management
- Case analysis includes scope of work for technicians and parts replacement recommendation
Parts management
- Record all the parts movements
- Analyze the parts usage
- Keep the safety level of the parts
Warranty verification
- Analyze the maintenance invoices
- Verify the warranty or out of warranty cases
Charger maintenance
- Keep the latest version of the software
- Monitoring of EV chargers
- Recommend preventive and corrective maintenance
Instruction Manual update
- Commissioning manual
- Maintenance manual
Qualifications and candidate profile:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer
- Excellent written and spoken English literacy
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and complete tasks autonomously
- Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to be flexible
- Willingness to contribute thoughtfully
- Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow
