
Are you new Registration Administrator?
Recruitment and Registration Administrator is essential when working in Health & Social Care, to provide our clients and those in our care, the reassurance that our healthcare staff have the right skills to support them. The Recruitment and Registration Administrator will be responsible for chasing and updating registering documentation and organizing training for new and existing nurses and support workers to ensure all clinicians are registering to work across the company.
To ensure registering, they will use a number of reports on our Salesforce system to proactively contact clinicians and update any expiring documentation.
The ideal candidate will provide the highest standards of customer service at all times and promote effective working relationships with all colleagues.
Confident in communication in British English.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Registering:
• Ensuring weekly targets are fulfilled in terms of clinicians who are registering
• Update relevant systems and software with candidates information
• Carrying out data-cleansing of databases and records as required to ensure all data held is current, accurate and valid
• Support Recruitment Team to develop and implement new policies and procedures when identified
• Maintain a good level of industry knowledge, including relevant legislation in order to pre-empt how the registering legislation and needs may change and affect our business
Training:
• Support clinicians within the Catalyst Care Group (CCG) by ensuring training is completed in a timely manner
• Support recruitment Team to achieve team targets
• Support all businesses within CCG with training requirements
• Ensure our customer service reflects our values and we meet our standard of service expectations
• Ensure relevant systems and software is updated correctly
• Ensuring weekly targets are fulfilled
