The Executive Assistant will work cooperatively with the executive team to prepare proposals, arrange sales meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
Additional responsibilities include providing both strategic and clerical assistance to the sales team in preparing proposals and client communication.
This is a position for an individual eager to learn and grow a career at one of the fastest-growing companies in the country with 300+ employees.
Position Description:
- Manage, organize and schedule meetings for the executive team;
- Respond to sales inquiries via phone, e‐mail and in writing;
- Track sales meetings to ensure that they are scheduled on time.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, documentation, and paperwork;
- Perform other functions and assigned administrative tasks;
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (preferred in Economy, Business or Marketing);
- Fluent in English to a very high standard;
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Ability to project a professional demeanor and flexible to meet all expectations as required;
- Skilled in time management and organization;
- Experience with Sales tracking CRM (Hubspot or Salesforce) is a plus.
