Office Manager & Logistic coordinator

Requirements and skills

  • Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing (online) filing and collaboration systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting
  • Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, finding apartments, mailing and shipping
  • Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested
  • Maintain office and team policies
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.
  • 3 years of experience working on similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Well-developed motivational and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to office supplies, vendor management, office maintenance, and office equipment.
  • Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues
  • Create and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate company events and meetings.
  • Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and questions.
  • Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels
  • Administer and maintain inventory control program systems
  • Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data.
  • Manage budget and expenses related to the office.
  • Lead the recruitment process,
  • You will assist the CEO with ad-hoc requests and projects, as required
