The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people on a daily basis and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas
Responsibilities:
· Create and publish job ads in various portals
· Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
· Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
· Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
· Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
· Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Requirements:
· BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
· Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter
· Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Full-cycle recruitment experience
· Excellent English
· Able to work: Mon-Wed-Fri 11-19h. Tue and Fri 12-20h.
· Able to start: ASAP
