The position as AI Community and Content Manager at Vita Media Group offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and be part of a company’s digital transformation. As an AI Community and Content Manager, you will play a key role in creating and delivering engaging content while helping to establish and manage a vibrant online community. You will collaborate closely with both the creative and marketing teams to attract and engage potential customers, while also contributing to the development of a reliable and active online community.

Responsibilities

• Content production and strategic planning:
  Develop and implement content strategies that enhance engagement, strengthen the brand’s reputation, and support the company’s marketing goals. You will work closely with both the creative and marketing teams to create relevant, AI-driven content.
• Community Management:
  Create and manage the online presence to engage and integrate users across social media platforms and other digital forums. You will facilitate conversations, respond to questions, and build relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• AI-enhanced content:
  Use AI technologies to optimize content, gather user insights, and analyze trends, which helps in creating data-driven content strategies that enhance user experience.
• Collaboration across departments:
  Work in close cooperation with marketing, SEO, and the product teams to ensure that content is relevant and in line with the company’s overarching strategic goals.
• Analysis and reporting:
  Use AI tools to analyze the performance of content and community engagement, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital content production and community management.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and their use in marketing and communication.
• Excellent written and communication skills, both in terms of language proficiency and storytelling.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across different departments and functions.
• Analytical mindset, with experience using analytics tools being an advantage.
